Use these 3 tools to boost your productivity
Since I've been in the productivity niche and looking into methods that make me more productive, I've tried a few tools that should make my life easier and more productive.
Here are 3 apps that I use to increase my productivity.
Endel
Endel is an app that provides music mainly for focus. The music is calm and allows you to fully focus on your task, whether it's writing or other things. I've been using this tool myself for 1.5 years now, and I can't imagine my life without it.
With Endel you also have the option of setting a Pomodoro timer so that the music adapts perfectly to the timer. Endel also accesses the current weather and, if you also have an Apple Watch, it even accesses your heart rate to adapt the music perfectly to your well-being.
Endel is available for both iPhone and Mac. If you want to use the premium version, which supports more functions such as spatial audio, you have to pay €28.99 per year.
Here is the download for both the iPhone and the Mac.
Toggl Track
This tool helps me to track my times. I can always see what I've been working on the longest and which to-dos haven't received enough attention from me. At the end of the month, I can always export a PDF to see what I have worked on the most.
I also have the option of directly invoicing the to-dos that I do for customers, for example. I can see directly in the tool how much I have worked and what amount I ultimately have to write on the invoice.
So if you're looking for a way to track your time and have a good overview of which tasks take the longest, I can highly recommend Toggl Track.

Things 3
I've been searching for ages for a good app that I can use to document and tick off my to-dos. Many people rely on paper, but I'm more of a technical person and like to have a tool or app for everything in my life.
I've been using Things 3 for my to-dos for about a year now and have fallen in love with this app. I can create all my projects there, set priorities, and also see which to-dos I still have to do.
The nice thing about this app is that I have my to-dos on my iPhone as well as on my MacBook, as all to-dos are synchronized in real time via the cloud.
Unfortunately, Things 3 is very expensive and is not for everyone. The iPhone version is $9.99, the iPad version is $19.99 and the Mac version is $49.99. The Mac version is also available as a trial version, which you can download here.
Conclusion
I use these tools daily and can no longer imagine a productive working day without them. If you are also a nerd and like to use new tools, you are welcome to take a look at these three and try them out.
